How much does delivery cost?

We offer delivery in the greater Montreal area for $8.00 + taxes. This fee ensures a safe transport with a messenger company. The messenger takes the box from our warehouse to your home. Deadlines will mostly depend on weather conditions and traffic to get to delivery point. We ask our friendly clientele to consider these factors and to be understanding if additional delays are caused. How long will my order arrive?

Deliveries within 48 hours after order. All orders placed before 11:59 pm (Eastern Time) will be delivered overnight between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be delivered on the next two working days between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Will I receive a confirmation for my order?

All orders are automatically confirmed by e-mail.

 

Can I cancel my order or change the time?

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, you have until the delivery day 7:00 AM (Eastern Time) by sending us an email at the following address: info@boutiquepointg.com. We won't accept any cancellation by phone.

 

What is your delivery area?

Currently we deliver everywhere on the island of Montreal from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and special events day. We are working hard to be able to expand this territory as soon as possible.

 

What happens if I'm not there?

Considering the perishable nature and in order to maintain the freshness and the quality of the product, on the day of the delivery, you must be present or make sure that there is someone to receive your package. If there is no one at the address indicated, we will leave the parcel in front of the door. Point G will not be held liable if the box is not collected there, so NO refunds will be applied.

 

No one will be at home to receive my order, what do I do?

Don't worry, we will leave the delivery in front of your door in the most safest way possible. Be aware that you can have your order delivered to your office. To receive your order, someone must be on site.

 

What happens if I am not satisfied?

We make sure to always deliver exceptional products. If you are not satisfied with your order or experience with Point G, please contact us at the following address: info@boutiquepointg.com or contact us at 514-735-3794 the same day to let us know your comment.

 

How long do I have to eat my macarons?

We recommend to keep our macarons in the refrigerator and to eat them within 5 to 7 days after delivery. Our macarons are best served at room temperature. If you keep them in the refrigerator, leave them for 10 minutes at room temperature or 30 minutes if they come from the freezer.

 

Do the macarons contain nuts?

All Point G macarons are produced with almond powder and some of them contain nuts. They contain or may contain allergens. Please refer to the appropriate ingredients webpage of each tag.

 

Do the macarons contain dairy products?

Some of our macaron ganaches contain cream or butter. Please refer to the appropriate ingredients webpage of each tag.

 

Do your products are gluten free?

Our macarons are produced without any ingredients that contain gluten. However we do not have any gluten free certification despite all the work we do on the traceability on the product flows. There is always some cross contamination risks as we produce some products with gluten. Our macarons are suitable for persons who are gluten intolerant but for the ones who suffer from coeliac disease, unfortunately we prefer to be clear: "when in doubt, stay away".

Our production workshop is located at 8136 Montview Road, Mont-Royal Quebec Canada H4P 2L7.
